Royal Rangers Guidelines

Guidelines for Leaders and Volunteers

On behalf of the royal rangers leadership we require that every leader or volunteer be a born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. This is a faith based program working with kids to instill Godly principles into their lives through the word of God, prayer and fellowship. So, it is very important that we demonstrate what Godly men with integrity look like as we train them up to be Godly men as well (Proverbs 22:6).

We the royal rangers believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ was born to a virgin and became the atonement sacrifice for OUR sins through crucifixion and on the third day He resurrected with all Glory and Power in His hands, so that whomever should call upon His name shall be saved. (John 3:16)

With that being said we expect every leader who would like to join and be apart of this powerful ministry impacting young boys lives to be born again. Must be one who is willing to step up and take on responsibilities when needed. Commitment and consistency is key when dealing with children. We ask that all leadership complies with our royal ranger dress code in which you will be provided uniforms, we also ask that all leaders be a team player, remember we have to lead by example, in this great ministry we take pride in showing these boys great teamwork, everything we encourage the kids to do we also follow by it.

Volunteers must also be within the Faith as believers we understand many are growing and looking to see where God may be leading you so we will have a 90 day probation period from the time you start until the end of the probation period just to follow up and see if your heart is still in this ministry. Understand that we do not allow swearing or any secular means into this ministry we have to protect our children.

This ministry can only be effective with strong courageous men that are willing to stand up for the things of God and pass the torch down to the future men we are pouring into. It is a challenging yet rewarding ministry that we would love to have you apart of!

Thank you for your interest into this great ministry, pouring into children and helping them grow into men with Gods leading and guidance to be the men God is calling them to be.

In his Service,

Stephen Santiago(Royal Rangers Commander)
